Before coming to the UV, engine #7 served the NYO&W as their engine #42. Here #42 is seem in the yard in Sidney.

A Unadilla Valley flanger. As best I understand it, a flanger was placed between a snowplow and the engine pushing it as a sort of buffer.

A color photo of UV caboose #103. The cream and orange color scheme was common to the various Salzburg-owned railroads.
